Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time Senior Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for customers using its GPU cloud infrastructure for AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology. The role includes Zendesk support, 24/7 on-call rotation, troubleshooting virtual machines and hardware, alert triage, maintenance testing, root-cause analysis, and knowledge-base development. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience, strong Linux and Git skills, customer support experience, cloud and container orchestration knowledge, and familiarity with HPC technologies. Compensation is $130,000 to $155,000 plus bonus, with health, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
