Chromalloy is hiring a Senior CNC Programmer in Carson City, Nevada, to provide technical and production support for gas turbine systems in aerospace and industrial applications. The role develops and optimizes CNC machining processes, creates fixtures and tools, troubleshoots processes, leads project teams, applies Lean and continuous-improvement methodologies, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams on new parts, repairs, and technology implementation. The position is on-site and requires at least five years of experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine engine mechanical design, along with 3D CAD modeling, CAM programming, and multi-axis milling and grinding experience.
