KiddeFenwal is hiring a Senior CNC Programmer in Ashland, Massachusetts to program complex components using Esprit CAM software, validate programs on the shop floor, and support Swiss-type, multi-axis, and other CNC machining operations. The role includes optimizing cycle times and tooling, maintaining machining documentation, standardizing processes, mentoring machinists and setup operators, and supporting new machine integration and continuous improvement.
