Description
The Coding OP role transforms medical diagnoses and procedures into ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes; maintains coding volume and turnaround-time targets; follows client and quality guidelines; and works independently and collaboratively with team leads and quality analysts. The position requires a life science or paramedical graduate or postgraduate, 2–3 years of experience, strong medical-record interpretation and coding accuracy, and familiarity with emergency-room, radiology, and multispecialty outpatient coding. Preferred qualifications include MS Office or Excel, coding software, EMR systems, and multiple coding specialties.
