Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience as a collection manager supporting military intelligence or cyberspace operations
Experience collaborating with collection management across the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Experience with Measures of Effectiveness and Measures of Performance and producing feedback on findings
Graduate of an in-residence Department of Defense or Intelligence Community Collection Management Course
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience as a collection manager supporting military intelligence or cyberspace operations
Leadership experience in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Experience with USCYBERCOM or USSTRATCOM
Knowledge of all-source intelligence collection management systems, databases, and processes
Knowledge of statistics and statistical packages including MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R
