Description
The Senior Collections Analyst will lead the optimization of the company’s cash flow by managing a high-volume account portfolio, reducing aging and improving DSO, analyzing payment behavior and delinquency, resolving billing and credit disputes, assessing credit risk, and leading collections process improvements. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and logistics teams, supports receivables close activities, and requires at least five years of collections or accounts receivable experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
