MANTECH is hiring a Senior Combat Systems Engineer for a hybrid position in Washington, D.C., requiring 3 to 4 days per week in the office. The role supports the development and modernization of Navy computing and data center infrastructure across U.S. Navy combat ships, leading cross-functional teams, managing program risks, developing infrastructure solutions for shipboard constraints, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates need a master’s degree with 10+ years, a bachelor’s degree with 15+ years, or a high school diploma with 20+ years of relevant Navy Combat Systems or Program Management experience, along with U.S. citizenship and a current or active Secret clearance. The projected compensation range is $150,900.00-$268,500.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
