ARIVA Group is hiring a Senior Commercial Construction Manager to lead project operations from the Miami office, overseeing commercial construction from pre-construction through closeout. The role manages project execution, procurement, subcontractors and vendors, budgets, change orders, compliance, quality assurance, safety, and stakeholder communication, with approximately one week of monthly travel to Laredo, Texas. Candidates need 8–10 years of progressive commercial construction management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with construction management, scheduling, and estimating tools.
