Deepgram is hiring a second commercial lawyer to join its legal team and report to the Associate General Counsel (Commercial). The role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and closing enterprise sales and partnership agreements, supporting sales and business development, building scalable legal processes, and advising on privacy, intellectual property, data security, AI-specific issues, and cross-border regulatory matters across the UK/EU and APAC. Candidates need a JD, LLM, or equivalent law qualification and 5–12 years of legal practice experience, with demonstrated international commercial transaction experience and expertise in IP, privacy, data security, and data licensing.
