NiCE is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel for its Americas Legal team to support high-value commercial and technology transactions, including enterprise cloud, SaaS, strategic partnerships, procurement, vendor, marketing, and software agreements. The role advises on U.S. and international legal, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory issues; develops contracting processes and playbooks; and collaborates with sales, product, finance, security, privacy, and other stakeholders. It reports to the Associate General Counsel for NiCE Americas, requires a Juris Doctor and an active U.S. law license, and offers a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days per week.
