Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Counsel, Commercial to serve as a practical legal partner to business development, partnerships, marketing, operations, and other commercial teams. The role will draft, review, and negotiate strategic, distribution, technology, licensing, vendor, service, referral, marketing, data, and confidentiality agreements; lead complex negotiations; advise on contractual, regulatory, reputational, and counterparty risks; support relationships with financial and technology ecosystem partners; develop scalable commercial legal workflows; and train business teams on contracting and risk management. The position requires a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, 5–8+ years of relevant legal experience, and significant experience with complex commercial agreements.
