Description
Synthesia is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel to support its Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, and Go-To-Market teams with commercial agreements, service agreements, software licenses, data processing agreements, NDAs, intellectual property, data privacy, data security, and related regulatory matters. The role reports to the Director, Commercial Legal and requires a U.S. law degree, in-house U.S. attorney qualification, and at least six years of post-qualification commercial transaction experience, including enterprise and technology-sector work. The position is hybrid in New York City or Austin, Texas, with compensation of $175,000–$210,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
