Description
The Senior Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician will maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and support preventive maintenance for large HVAC systems, package units, and refrigeration equipment. The role includes tracking repair requests, training apprentices and maintenance technicians, assisting with facilities projects, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with after-hours on-call availability. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience, relevant certifications such as EPA 608, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks.
