Description
The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee cost management and contract management for the Curzon Street HS2 station project from initiation through close-out. Responsibilities include administering contractual terms and incentives, assessing EWNs and compensation events, forecasting cash flow, reporting expenditure, managing change and claims, adjudicating claims, finalising contractor accounts, and managing financial contingencies. The role requires expert commercial management knowledge, familiarity with contract forms, integrated reporting, commercial-control IT systems, people management, and strategic attention to detail; major-project or multi-project experience and RICS or similar qualification are preferred.
