Description
Wendel is hiring a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead commissioning for new construction and existing building projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities. The role develops commissioning plans, reviews designs and submittals, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, performs functional testing and system startup, manages budgets and junior staff, and supports proposal and LEED commissioning activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, complex building-systems commissioning experience, and LEED commissioning experience; a PE license, CxA or CCP certification, and LEED AP are preferred. The position is available in Wendel office locations or fully remotely, with a hybrid option requiring at least three days per week in an office for candidates within a 60-minute commute, and requires 20% travel based on location. The salary range is $100,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
