FST Technical Services is hiring a Commissioning Senior Project Engineer to report to a team leader and deliver professional commissioning services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated building systems. The role includes office and field assignments, installation validation, functional and witness testing, documentation, submittal reviews, technical issue resolution, meeting leadership, and team mentoring. Candidates must have an engineering or related degree, an active Virginia or Maryland Professional Engineer license, and 7+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years in commissioning, including extensive experience with building equipment interconnectivity. The position requires travel to assigned job sites, physical ability to lift 30 pounds and climb ladders, and offers a salary of $120,000 to $140,000; employer-sponsored visas are not available.
