Description
The Senior Commissioning Engineer supports the Commissioning Manager and Principal Commissioning Engineer, prepares home-office deliverables, and performs site walk-down inspections, punch-listing, troubleshooting, and commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of mechanical, electrical, and instrument systems. The role also develops manuals, spares, consumables, and procedures; coordinates with project and client teams; supervises commissioning personnel; and supports operational and maintenance issue resolution. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, 8–15 years of oil and gas experience, at least 5 years in a chemical, refinery, or oil and gas processing facility, and the ability to travel to international construction sites.
