Senior Commissioning Technologist at Rising Edge Group

Rising Edge Group is hiring a Senior Commissioning Technologist to commission, test, maintain, and troubleshoot medium- to high-voltage substation power equipment in the field. The role covers primary and secondary equipment, protection and control relays, SCADA, control circuits, acceptance and maintenance testing from 600V to 500kV, interpretation of electrical drawings, analysis of test results, corrective-action recommendations, and supervision and mentoring of junior technicians. The position requires at least four years of field testing and commissioning experience, substation experience, electrical engineering technology education or an electrical engineering degree, travel and rotational work, and compliance with safety-sensitive screening.
