Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring a Senior Commissioning Technologist to commission, test, maintain, and troubleshoot primary and secondary power equipment in medium- to high-voltage substations. The role includes commissioning breakers, transformers, relays, control circuits, SCADA, and protection systems; interpreting electrical drawings; analyzing test results; and mentoring junior technicians. It requires a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least four years of field testing and commissioning experience, hands-on substation experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and willingness to work on rotational schedules and out-of-town projects.
