Description
The Business Unit and Functional Lead supports capital procurement, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, supplier performance and business reviews, regional cost-saving initiatives, supplier qualification and selection, supplier-list management, procurement-tool implementation, regulatory compliance, Total Cost of Ownership programs, and the development of supply-chain support practitioners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of supply-chain management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and strategic leadership across multiple business units and regions.
