Intuit is hiring a senior communications manager to lead high-visibility employee communications programs supporting the People and Places organization. The role focuses on internal communications strategy, change management, storytelling, manager enablement, employee listening initiatives, and data-backed communication programs. The position requires extensive communications experience, strong writing and business acumen, the ability to partner across teams, and regular travel to Intuit sites including Mountain View headquarters. The role is based in Mountain View and offers a base salary range of $199,000 to $269,000, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
