The role partners with communications, marketing, product, research, and other teams; supports major announcements and sustained storytelling; and monitors external narratives for reputational risk. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of communications, marketing, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience, or equivalent experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
