Ubisoft is hiring a Senior Community Developer to lead global community engagement strategy for its video games. The role develops community plans, coordinates worldwide communications and events, supports game launches and betas, translates player feedback into production and marketing improvements, manages community KPIs and reports, and mentors community managers. It requires extensive experience managing online communities, leading strategic programs, working across AAA game launches and production environments, and strong knowledge of social media and player communities; French proficiency is also required.
