Description
Reddit is hiring a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager to own the strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of multichannel programs that educate, engage, and reactivate moderators. The individual-contributor role builds and launches email and push campaigns in HubSpot and Reddit’s first-party tools, improves segmentation and automation, runs A/B experiments, partners with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, and establishes technical standards to scale moderator lifecycle programs. Candidates need 7+ years of lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology experience, hands-on campaign execution, marketing-platform experience, SQL and data infrastructure knowledge, and experience with A/B testing and performance analysis. The U.S. base salary range is $154,700–$216,600, with potential equity and commission.
