Apptronik is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst for its Total Rewards team. The role analyzes compensation data, conducts job evaluations and leveling assessments, manages compensation surveys, advises People Partners and business leaders on pay decisions, supports salary structures and incentive programs, ensures pay-related compliance, and develops compensation models and tools. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with compensation systems and market data sources.
