Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs.
Experience developing financial models, market analyses, and compensation recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or the ability to obtain within 3–5 years.
Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification or the ability to obtain within 3–5 years.
Experience supporting incentive compensation plan design, governance, and administration.
Experience with Workday Compensation, Payfactors, or similar compensation platforms.
