The role covers market pricing and benchmarking, salary structures and job architecture, offer recommendations, employee pay reviews, compensation dashboards and predictive models, pay transparency, regulatory compliance, and incentive programs. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive compensation experience, including technology-sector and international market experience, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and compensation-management-tool skills.
