Syndigo is hiring a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the strategy, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs across Europe and India. The role manages benefits programs, leave administration, global compensation processes, job evaluations, market benchmarking, vendor relationships, employee communications, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Total Rewards experience including global benefits and compensation management, and two or more years supporting benefits in multiple European countries and/or India. The position offers a budgeted salary of €27,434–€34,293 EUR plus a bonus of €2,743.40–€3,429.30 EUR.
