MongoDB is hiring a Senior Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated compensation partner for its Sales organization. The role supports VP and Director-level leaders and HR business partners with new-hire offers, internal equity, leveling, promotions, retention, and out-of-cycle compensation decisions; owns end-to-end compensation-cycle execution; leads competitive intelligence and market benchmarking; partners with Sales Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and People Partners; and leads strategic projects such as incentive-plan governance, job architecture, and compensation-planning tool implementation. The role requires 10+ years of compensation experience, including significant compensation-business-partner experience and end-to-end ownership of cyclical Sales compensation programs. The U.S. base salary range is $98,000–$193,000 USD, with additional benefits including equity, paid time off, parental leave, retirement, counseling, and health benefits.
