KSA Integration is hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command Facilities Directorate by collecting and analyzing third-party provider performance data, maintaining compliance tracking systems, drafting compliance evaluation and preventive maintenance documentation, tracking warranties and maintenance schedules, and coordinating facility-manager inputs. The role is primarily off-site with regular on-site touchpoints at the Pentagon or MCB Quantico, Virginia, and is full-time and exempt. It requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant facilities or operations experience, familiarity with DoW standards, proficiency with Excel and SharePoint, and an active Secret clearance. The position is contingent upon award, with an anticipated start date in Fall 2026 and a base pay range of $100,000 to $140,000 USD.
