3iQ is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager to support and manage the organization’s compliance function. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the role oversees compliance monitoring, testing, reporting, regulatory tracking, policy implementation, training, marketing review, AML and financial crime programs, portfolio and trading compliance, regulatory examinations, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. The position requires 6 to 8 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution, strong knowledge of Canadian securities regulation, and experience with enterprise compliance programs, regulatory filings, and international regulatory frameworks. Compensation is $140,000 to $150,000 CAD, with a discretionary bonus, and the role is remote-first with a flexible work environment.
