Description
Zopa is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager to partner with its lending business and support operational areas such as collections, customer service, and customer care. The role reports to senior risk leadership, provides regulatory and conduct-risk advice, reviews financial promotions and customer communications, leads compliance-led reviews, supports risk assessments, and drives compliance awareness. Candidates need strong FCA handbook, consumer credit, COBS, BCOBS, CONC, SYSC, and Consumer Duty knowledge, along with experience in financial-services compliance and regulatory risk. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the London office two to three days per week, with an option to work abroad for up to 120 days per year subject to the right to work.
