Mercury is hiring a Prudential Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to design and operate its first prudential regulatory compliance program, beginning with Regulations W and O. The role combines program design, operational execution, transactional controls, ongoing monitoring, senior-management advising, stakeholder collaboration, compliance culture development, and documentation. Candidates should have 5–7+ years of experience building or operating prudential compliance programs, strong regulatory knowledge, senior-stakeholder communication skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach; quantitative finance, credit, or strategic operations experience is a plus. The role offers a base salary of $163,000–$203,800 USD for eligible United States employees and $146,700–$183,400 USD for other United States employees, plus equity and benefits.
