Candela is hiring a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer to lead the industrialization of advanced composite structures for its electric hydrofoil vessels. The role owns serial production implementation, process optimization, tooling and equipment development, CAD documentation, design-for-manufacturing collaboration, quality controls, defect troubleshooting, and compliance. It requires a relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a technical field, 5–10+ years of composite manufacturing engineering experience, CAD proficiency, and strong shop-floor collaboration. The position is full-time with an initial six-month probation period, starts ASAP, and is based in Rotebro.
