The Senior Computer and Information Systems Engineer Specialist leads the design, implementation, optimization, integration, and modernization of complex IT systems supporting defense-related operations. The role covers system architecture, virtualization, cloud environments, vulnerability management, hardening, SIEM monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity compliance, and system accreditation. It also includes technical leadership, mentoring, cross-functional project management, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of IT systems engineering or administration experience, advanced cybersecurity and infrastructure knowledge, and a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
