Adobe is hiring a Senior AI Architect to define and lead the architecture for Commerce Factory’s Agent Harness and Learning Layer. The role will establish technical direction for agent learning, feedback, evaluation, and continuous improvement; design scalable AI and machine learning systems; develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts; set architecture standards; and mentor engineering teams. Candidates need 12+ years of software engineering experience, including LLM and agentic systems, reinforcement learning, preference learning, reward modeling, evaluation systems, cloud platforms, and Python. The U.S. pay range is $173,500 to $331,050 annually.
