Description
The Conduit Assembler installs electrical systems in a Power Control Room, including conduit bends and offsets, conduit and device installation, wireway and cable tray layout, lighting and fixtures, wiring, crimping, and wire stripping. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of relevant wiring experience in a manufacturing environment, conduit experience with thick and thin wall conduit, basic English and mathematical skills, and the ability to read prints and perform point-to-point wiring. The work involves lifting up to 40 pounds, standing on ladders for up to six to eight hours, working in a semi-enclosed space, and working overhead for extended periods.
