AECOM is hiring a Senior Construction Engineer in Panama City, Panama to support major and complex construction projects, including water dams, retarding basins, and service basins. The role involves advanced engineering analysis, full technical responsibility for complex assignments, conceptual to detailed design, and directing a group of engineers at a construction site. Candidates must have a BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience, experience with dams or water-retaining structures, contractor change-order evaluation experience, and bilingual English-Spanish ability.
