The role provides engineering support to superintendents and crafts, verifies materials, equipment, and workmanship, coordinates construction activities across design, procurement, safety, quality, scheduling, cost, and management, leads constructability and testing activities, directs subordinate personnel, administers subcontracts, and supports fabrication, installation, maintenance, and plant equipment.
