DGL is hiring a full-time Senior Construction Engineer to coordinate construction management, administration, and inspection services. The role reports to the Director of Technical Services and may serve as a Resident Engineer or Project Inspector, overseeing contractor work, inspections, schedules, submittals, budgets, change orders, testing, and project coordination. The position requires 4–8 years of construction engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited institution, ODOT/OTIC construction pre-qualifications, relevant software skills, and a valid driver’s license.
