HDR is hiring a Senior Construction Engineer to support the development and construction of highway and related construction projects. The role provides on-site construction observation, documentation, quality oversight, coordination, budget and schedule preparation, contract management, survey and layout work, and coordination with crafts, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and inspectors. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field, 10 years of related construction experience, a professional engineering license, and experience with construction engineering and inspection programs.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
Required Previous Experiences: 10 years of related construction experience, including estimating, bidding, purchase orders, subcontracts, scheduling, and field engineering
Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, estimating and scheduling software, and web-based document collaboration software
Experience developing and managing construction engineering and inspection programs
Preferred Qualifications: Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite at client locations as required
Previous data center or civil construction experience with an engineering or consulting firm
