Description
Dominion Water & Sanitation District is hiring a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex water and wastewater capital projects from planning and preconstruction through construction, startup, commissioning, closeout, and transition to operations. Reporting to the Capital Programs Manager, the role will coordinate prime contractors and project partners, guide three Project Engineers, and support the Chatfield Basin Water Reclamation Facility and other major infrastructure projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least eight years of progressively responsible construction management experience, and experience managing projects through closeout; general contractor or multi-prime project management experience is required, while water, wastewater, utilities, industrial, and heavy civil experience is highly desirable.
