Ground Control is hiring a Senior Construction Manager for a hybrid role based in Manchester to lead hard and soft landscape construction projects across a defined region. The position combines hands-on project delivery with regional leadership, overseeing Construction Managers and Site Managers, managing resources and subcontractors, delivering P&L and commercial performance, supporting business growth, and maintaining health, safety and quality standards. Candidates need at least five years of construction experience, including three years in landscape construction, civil engineering or a related sector, along with project delivery, line-management, commercial, contract, client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
