Description
The Senior Construction Manager will oversee multiple capital improvement, MEP upgrade, retrofit, renovation, and new-build construction projects for HelloFresh fulfillment centers. The role manages project planning, cost and schedule, quality assurance, safety and compliance, budgets, RFPs, contractor relationships, permits, design documents, and project status reporting. Candidates need at least 8 years of construction experience, including 5 years in e-commerce fulfillment or distribution centers, along with knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes, construction drawing interpretation, and Microsoft Word and Excel. The position requires heavy travel and offers Colorado and Illinois pay ranges of $108,000–$140,000 and $106,575–$123,250 respectively.
