Integrity Technical Services is hiring a Senior Construction Manager in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, to serve as the owner's technical and quality representative for a mission-critical infrastructure project. The role monitors heavy civil, earthwork, and underground utility work; reviews field logs and production; enforces storm-water and quality compliance; identifies non-conformance and schedule risks; and provides senior oversight during rotating night and weekend shifts. The position requires 10+ years of heavy civil or utility construction experience, strong site-development expertise, and the ability to work extended shifts.
