The role manages multi-site, multi-crew deployments; material logistics; subcontractor coordination; Project Labor Agreement compliance; schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client relationships. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, a valid driver's license, and 10+ years of professional experience, including direct experience in Los Angeles-area union environments.
