Description
The Senior Construction Manager, Data Center Infrastructure Development leads on-site delivery of mission-critical data center projects in Singapore, overseeing base-building, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, security, and life-safety systems. The role governs colocation provider execution, schedule and milestone control, risk and issue resolution, quality assurance, contractor performance, design and change coordination, safety compliance, and handover readiness. It is a site-based position requiring strong data center construction expertise, lifecycle delivery experience, leadership, analytical problem-solving, commercial awareness, and familiarity with construction management platforms, with up to 25% travel.
