GHD is hiring a Senior Construction Manager / Municipal Construction Services Leader to grow and lead its municipal construction services practice. The role combines senior project and construction management for municipal water, wastewater, utility, transportation, and civil infrastructure; client service and business development; leadership of construction management teams; and financial and operational management of consulting contracts. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least 15 years of municipal construction management experience, and strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and contracting. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office.
