Description
The client is seeking a Senior Construction Manager, Structural Shell and Turnkey Construction, for permanent employment in the Frankfurt am Main/Rhine-Main region. The role oversees construction management from planning through completion, leads the construction management team, ensures compliance with quality standards, regulations, and schedules, controls budgets and costs, manages client, architect, subcontractor, and other stakeholder interfaces, and reports to senior management. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of construction management experience, knowledge of building regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
