Description
The Senior Construction Manager will serve as the owner's representative for commercial tenant improvements, retail repositioning, office buildouts, and capital improvement projects across a real estate portfolio. The role leads project planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, contract administration, construction oversight, risk mitigation, and project closeout while coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and property teams. It requires at least eight years of construction management experience, strong technical and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with construction management software; the position offers a base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 annually plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
